What's with Virgo's anyways????

My new boss is ultra confusing. I can't read him. I don't like that. I can always read people, read what they're thinking, or know basically what's going to come out of their mouths next --- NOT with him. He's so like scattery. We'll be talking -- then he'll switch to super mean mode -- it's really weird. Plus he constantly watches me, analyzes me, and I can't tell if he's impressed or disgusted with what he's seeing. Holy frustrating. Hopefully over time I'll be able to figure it all out. I also hope he's happy with ME!!
